SCIENTIFIC AND REGULATORY EXPERTISE FOR YOUR REMEDIATION PROJECT

Licensed Site Remedial Professionals are the most highly qualified remediation consultants practicing in the State of New Jersey. LSRPs are the only practitioners approved by the NJDEP, and any remediation within the state (except for residential USTs) must be conducted under the supervision and direction of an LSRP. This means that, from the initiation of due diligence to the issuance of final remediation documents, all steps must be done under the auspices of an LSRP. They are, by virtue of their education and experience, authorized to exercise independent professional judgment in applying New Jersey’s regulations and guidance to the conduct of all remediation.
PennJersey’s senior staff has been integral to the development and implementation of the LSRP program since its inception, as well as the stakeholder groups that interface with NJDEP’s technical staff. PennJersey is spearheading the efforts in NJ to help develop and establish the new “LSRP Standard of Care.” Our involvement in the Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA) from the outset means our clients benefit from firsthand knowledge of the new and changing program regulations, guidance, and dynamics. This involvement has given PennJersey immediate access to the key NJDEP decision-makers and significant input to the overall development of the program.
